Last day of the month

of April. It's been a long month. I'm glad I got losts of hours. Need to pay down my moving bill.

Not that we have any but the vender here wants to bring a bed bug sniffer dog in here. Preventive maintanence. I haven't seen any of them here. Aparently the vender is going to do this for the whole network of suites.

I got 4 completes last night. Some people got 1. I feel bad for them. It wasn't a good list. I think I made about 225 calls. Anyway, that's all for now. 

I thought I heard the phone ring

Amazon. I figured I'd go down to the front door and bring my voters card along to take care of that business. I called the number back and it was a wrong #. I went and voted anyway. Anne woke up and I noticed that the order was closing on us. Anne had to get some filters for her aquarium and she wanted to vote but she needed her NOA as proof of registration. One of the other tenants had said they even have a polling station for the municiple and most likely the Provincial election as well. Very handy.

I had a nice evening off watching the election returns. I sent our noa via email. I was able to download a copy of each. No more pissing around with revenue Canada. Thank God for email.

Game 5 Oilers/LA Kings tonight. I'll miss the first period. Because LA has home ice advantage, and the Kings lost 2 straight, I don't see them losing a 3rd game. Other wise, it comes back to Edmonton for a game 6, and we take it in game 6. We need to win tonight. Fat chance, that will happen.

I was up at

 about 8am to wake up and have my coffee, my usual routine before logging in on the job. I had a slow start and one of my calls I ran into my old boss/supervisor going back to the 80's. He recognized my voice. It was great re connecting with him. He said I could call him on he number I reached him at. After that I got basically nothing but 3 completes. I had a relaxing evening all night. 

Tonight it's game 4 @ Rogers place. We need to tie the serries toight. Other wise we go to LA and they win, then up to Edmonton and so on. Best of 7.

Tomorrow is election day. We have the polling station in our building. There's a big sign downstairs main level. It's open 7:30am-7:30pm Anyway, that's all for now.

I got a day off

for Chapter tonight. I have some speaking parts and I'm delivering the music for tonight. I'm looking forward to it. If I get a ride home, I might even get a cold beer.

I'm in the middle of a 6 part series of books by Timothy Zhan. The Icarus Saga. I hope there are at least 6 more. It's a great first person series. I went and bought bought book 4, moments ago on my Kindle reader.😀

After a good shift last night I caught the 2nd period of the Oilers/Kings game in progress. We lost badly 6-2. Kings lead the series 2-0 Back at it Friday. If we can't get it done Friday, enter them motif of Dragnet here:🤣Anyway, that's all for now.

My shift looked like it was about to be pulled

due to weak internet. After a bit of tinkering around for a bit, we got it sorted out and it was stable from there. I got 6 completes in 4 hours as I lost that 1st hour. Even gender split. Looks like we're going to the end of May. At current rate we'll be within our target date. If we get there and depends on our sample size.

This Friday is the 45th anniversary of discovering Thelema @ 9023 105A on the 4th floor. Ave Edmonton. It was called Five Oaks back then. I have my origional OTO certificates, except for my 3rd° one, which I got in 1992. Anyway, that's all for now. 

Wrestlemania Saturday

is wraped up and over. I really enoyed it. The last match was a jaw dropping came out of left field moment. It was a Holy fuck moment😲

I'm getting a lift at noon tomorrow to Chapter to do my rehersale introduction for Thursday. I have it mostly memorized. I have the music loaded and ready to go. I just need to charge my speaker. The music is part of the practice as well. The practice starts at 1pm

After that Wrestlemania Sunday. That is going to be eepic as well. The best part of all that is, the Oilers/Kings game (round one) is holiday Monday. It's a late game so I'll be watching most of Monday night raw weekend fall out. It's turning out to be a fantastic weekend. Anyway, that's all for now.

We starter a new project

last night but I was getting some eye strain. That's why I like dark mode. This program doesn't offer it but maybe it does through Google Chrome. I ended  up with 3 completes on the new project. This project is apparently suposed to go till the end of May. Anyway, that's all for now. 

The idea is Anne and I are going to head out of here

for our monthly outing to Rickies which is nearby. It's actually one bus ride away. no more taking several modes of transportation to get there. I'll be wearing a sweater and my hoodie. It's only +8° out there this afternoon.

A few video ideas for my You Tube channel presented themselves but time was not on my side today. Instead I uploaded a rerun "King of Bass" from 2 years ago by Audio Kit. They released King of VHS.

This week (I hope) I have a full schedule. I've been messing up a bit on the job, but I don't think they will do anything drastic because I'm good at my job but you never know. Anything is possible. Anyway, that's all for now.

Last night on the job was

a disaster. I got my first "sale" between 7-8 pm My 2nd "sale" between 8-9pm. We're dealing with a cold beat up list. We have all next week to deal with it🙄. It is what it is. I'm up this morning morning for another 5 hour shift. It's work, and I'm greatfull I have it. Anyway, that's all for now. 

Somedays are better then

others. As in life, and on the job, school, etc. In my case, last night. I sucked on the job. It wasn't lack of trying. The good news is I had no internet issues and my colleauges basically had about the same performance as me. Also, I have a schedule for next week. There are good days and bad days.

The seniors place Anne and I are in has a some good things about it. They have programs for seniors, and they have an ATM machine so I can get cash back for when I go to Lodge or Chapter. They have a big screen TV for Oilers watch parties. There's even a hair salon. My power for lights is included in my rent. We have a nice 2 bedroom apartment. It's actually 2 1 bedrooms with an opening. We have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms but we share the same bed, and 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, including 2 kitchens and fridges. It's pet friendly. I thank God every day for this place.

I was hoping I could attend BoB Saturday but I'm working and the boss wants all hands on deck for this project. Looks like I'll be missing a good portion of April. The project ends April 17th. Lucky for me, next week I have 3 days off. Easter 😀Anyway, that's all for now.

Back to Monday

as it looks like a week where all I need to focus on is the job. I have a few side things I want to do, like dl some music off a website for Chapter on the 25th. I have a part of about 25 lines I'm memorizing. I have it down running smooth to about 90%. Still a little rough around the edges but I'm getting by. 

I also want to get a track up and running for the weekend. I want to use DM10. I have a few side rojects as well. That being said, it's a work week. I hope I get a schedule Thursday for after the upcoming weekend. Anyway, that's all for now.

My shift began

fine enough. Because there is an issue with Teams and I'm using Teams in browser format. I had a few hicups but I managed to get into flow rate for my 3 hour shift.

The "Hands off" Trump movement is gathering momentum. Will he get the message and do something positive with it?

Unless things change, I have a full schedule this week but it looks like BoB will be a Saturday wash out. Anway, that's all for now.
