regular sleeping habits. No more having the alarm waking me up at 6:30am to take those iV pills. I don't know exactly what they are called but that's what I call them. After all I went through in the past 2 weeks, I can sum up: Complications as a result of diabetes. Or poor leg circulation. These compression stockings should help improve my circulation overall.
I'm going to catch a bit of Coast this morning before bed. The 2nd half has new details about the Roswell ufo case underway right now. Roswell and Phoenix lights are for me the 2 most compelling ufo cases in this genera of the paranormal.
I'm leaving out of here about 3pm for my market research job. Its a 4-9 shift. The SJ Sharks are in town for a 8pm hockey game as all that remains for the Oilers last 6 games is just to jockey for position. I'm in again on Friday for another 5 hours, then Saturday its 10-2, easy. This weekend is Wrestlemania. Can't wait. Anyway, that's all for now.

Its my Saytuday night Sunday morning which is my
favorite time of the week. I get a whole day off and other then going to lodge tonight I'm able to just relax.
This morning on Coast the 2 topics are Robots and psychedelic research and lost ten tribes. Sunday's show is on ufo mysteries. I've never seen a ufo before but historical like the one pictures from Independent.co.uk, here give me pause.
This last show especially intriguing to me because not only is it George Knapp, but about the case of a young girl that digs up a human looking skull that has no human DNA ,and a Mount Shasta California ufo encounter of a black triangle caught on film. This weekend is closing out the month with some great Coast shows. Love it.
Anne ordered us some Chinese food not just to celebrate Chinese New Years, year of the monkey. She ordered it for a 10pm drop off. I paid for it at the door. It was really good. Anyway, that's all for now.

I sat on the train at Clareview for about 10 minutes before it
left the station Saturday morning. It was a beautiful sunny day. At Tim's they screwed up my order and I was late for work. I was 10 minutes late and I got written up for it. Later on though I was told I can work a bit extra to make up for the lost 15 minutes. It was a real struggle with this cold virus but I had a great afternoon work wise until the shift ended at 3:15pm.
Super said if I'm needed for Monday he'd call me before he left the office Saturday. On my commute home I was pissed off with the day but felt better on my Clareview train for home. The lrt conductor said there was a pedestrian accident of some kind up ahead and that the train I was on was being headed back to Century park (end of the line) Sigh, ok then. However, at Stadium they said everything is ok to continue on to Clareview. I got home to watch the last 8 minutes of what looked like a BC over the Esks win. In dramatic fashion the Esks came back from behind to post a 6 point lead for the W.
Coast is going to have a great show overnight with George Knapp. Tonight they are going to be talking about Bigfoot, and UFO's. The Blood moon eclipse will commence in 17 hours from the time I post this. Last night on Coast they were talking about UFO disclosure. On the call in portion lots of callers had their theories what would trigger disclosure. If UFO disclosure happens, I feel its going to come from several sources: One source would be Chinese hackers as they've penetrated military security before. The other one would be the group Anonymous.
With this cold, Anne wants me home today. If there is no work or I set it up that way, then I'll go to lodge Thursday. Even if I get hired on at another job, I'll ask to start Monday. I got a call from the office that came in when I was on my way home. The super said if I miss the call, just call the boss to confirm for Monday. It looks like I got work Monday. Anyway, that's about all for now.

I was going to go out today
but I’ve got all week. Anne’s going to get some things she wants to do like look into a medical subsidy for us her Doctor referred us to. She also wants to check on insurance as well.
Saturday here in Edmonton we had “A Taste of Animethon.” It had 1,505 people for the event, which wasn’t to bad. I’m not a fan of Anime per se’ but it looked like a fun event. And I hope next years event is even bigger August 22nd weekend is the annual Fan Expo Canada and it's got a lot of stuff going on for that 4 day event. Including, Stan Lee, Joe Sakic, David Hasselhoff, Joe Montana, SLASH, Zachary Quinto, Alice Cooper and even Hulk Hogan brother! There's more about it here:
At first I thought getting a new PC has it's advantages. I can use it for gaming and of course music and I haven't ruled that out yet. Then I cam across the Akai Synthstation. It's been around for awhile but what I like about it is it can be used in conjunction with the iPad 3rd Gen. The only thing it's missing is 2 midi out cables. I'm looking at getting this and at under $75 it looks pretty good.
Coast had a great show this morning UFO's & Wormholes: Joining John B. Wells on Sunday night, UFO researcher Wilbur Allen presented an update on UFO sightings that he believes are beyond this world, and demonstrate craft entering and leaving our atmosphere through a wormhole or stargate. Apparently he caught this stuff on cameras with very high frame rates and presented a video taken of frame rates per second. It's an interesting topic. I'm not sure why ET would come to this planet unless it's a staging ground between galaxies. Maybe we're the only civilization that hasn't the capability to detect them, who knows? A wormhole would be the only way to span large distances between systems not as advanced as theirs. We should be able to detect a wormhole by its magnetic field. it's a science that's beyond our capability.
So this means I can check for my school transcripts this week and Tuesday I’m going out to start my cpp. Wednesday I’m in for a few hours and off for the rest of the week. I like having a couple of weeks off. Tonight it's Monday night Raw and after that Anne and I are going across the street to "Bo'diddly's Pub." I'm thinking about treating us to some nacho' but this is my chance to have a Guinness. Anyway, that's about all for now.

Today I’m
hoping for an average working day. Then it’s home to watch some hockey and relax. Well that’s the idea.
In local news they were talking about all the UFO sightings here in Canada last year and the UFO “hubs” were Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg and I can’t recall the rest but Edmonton was not on the list.
The downtown arena district just got a little bit closer to becoming a reality with a vote passed of 10-3 as the funding picture just got a little clearer. The funding is still in the application stage but its closer to reality or city council to vote on it. What could kill this thing is a possible plebiscite kind of like what killed the Omniplex in 1970.
I’m looking forward to this long weekend. I’ll have only 2 days to sleep in because of Lodge Saturday but this is a rare event because they’re celebrating their 100th year. Our lodge is about 60 and I’ll be long gone before I’ll see it get to be 100, If the Lodge lasts that long. I might be the last IPM the way things are going. Anyway, that’s all for now.
